Im Injured.. Ouch!

i went out at 11pm ytd intending to jog along the track beside the road. i wanted to do a bit of warm up b4 the jog. n the tables n stools at the void deck caught my attention. i decided to leap over the table to kind of like warm up my leg n body. n so i ran towards the table. stepped on the stool n "took off".
i successfully leaped over the table. while i was in the air i suddenly saw a wall in front of me. at that moment i was thinking to myself: "where did the wall appear from?". becos i didnt see that wall b4 the jump. n then i realise that im heading for the wall.
i collided onto the wall head on just as i was about to land. n damn it. the impact was pretty painful even though i tried to covered my head with my arms. my specs went flying. my left forehead took the impact. my left upper lips is swollen now due to a cut. n there r also bruises on my elbows n knees.
after i recovered from the concussion. 1st thing i found out. my mouth was v bloody haha. n i took some time to find my specs. i went back home to take a bath n wash my wounds. then i took a cloth to stop the bleeding from my lips.
i wasnt able to go to slp after that as i was having a headache for the whole night. n then the thought of not being able to wake up the next morning came across my mind. lol. so i say a little prayer n eventually went to slp.
thank God that i did wake up today haha. though i still have the headache. i guess it'll take some time for my wounds to heal.
